Ohio Department of Education Releases District Report Card

The Ohio Department of Education released the Report Card data for all schools and school districts. I can assure you this may paint a negative image over our district, but we are very proud of our district's upward trend after students spend time in our classrooms.

Grade level indicators in the 3rd-5th grade are in the red, which represents the fact that we did not make the indicator at those grade levels. However, I am proud of the representation shown of upward trending. At the 6th-11th grade levels, we make every indicator with the exception of one. We know this is due to the work of everyone in the district, including the teachers in the 3rd-5th grade levels.

Please refer to the information on the State Testing webpage for our district and schools report cards, and additional testing information. Also, please take the time to review my Letter to Parents, Staff and Community, as it explains the results in more detail.

Thank you kindly,

Joe Nohra, Superintendent
