Graduation Requirements for the Class of 2018
As a student who entered grade 9 between July 1, 2014, and June 30, 2015, you have multiple pathways to earn a high school diploma so that you can move on to your next steps in education or a career. Be sure to talk with your school counselor early in the school year about your path to graduation and your future success.
Please review the Class of 2018 Graduation Requirements document to ensure you earn a high school diploma. Find more details about graduating in June 2018 at education.ohio.gov. Click on the home page banner for graduation and locate the box for the class of 2018.
Yearbook Order Forms

NHS Candidate Log
Any candidate for National Honors Society should download the NHS Candidate Log to record their service hours.
Outside Guest Participation Form
Guests looking to attend school functions with a Struthers High School student needs to complete the Outside Guest Participation Form and return it with a photo of yourself to the Struthers High School Office.
Transcript Request Form
Students requesting a copy of the official transcripts need to fill out the Official Transcript Release Form and return with payment to the Struthers High School Office.
Application for Minor Work Permit
Students under age 18 who are requesting a work permit need to fill out the Application for Minor Work Permit and return it to the Struthers High School Office.
Outside College Visit Form
Students who plan to attend a college visit on or during a school day need to complete and return the Outside College Visit Form to the Main Office PRIOR to their scheduled college visit.
Extended Student Absence
The Extended Student Absence Form needs to be completed by any student who is going to be out of school for an extended period of time, including recovery from an accident, required court attendance, death in the family, or other situations to be determined by the administration.
